Know Your Rights Workshop for Employers of Migrants
As Saqui Law Group has been saying, there is a lot that California employers need to know about the new immigration enforcement situation (see here for the latest). Employers here need to walk a thin line between federal enforcement efforts and California's new laws that prohibit employers from voluntary compliance with immigration officers' enforcement efforts.
